repair services of the highest Quality in the area of refrigeration
and air conditioning repairs. We will anticipate and meet the needs
of our customers so as to enhance their satisfaction. It will also
be our constant endeavour to complete all jobs by the agreed time
period.
In order to achieve the above we have implemented a
quality management system conforming to the requirements of ISO
9001:2000, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
such as Bombay Shops and Establishment act 1948, Bombay Sales Tax
Act 1959, Central Sales Tax Act 1957, Maharastra Works Contract
Act 1985 and Maharastra Value Added Tax Act 2002. We will ensure
the countinual improvement of this quality management system with
the active participation of skilled and motivated work force.
Quality Objectives
1.To ensure that all jobs undertaken are completed by
the agreed time schedule
2. Not a single instance of spares supplied and used
by us in repairs being rejected by the customer.
3. To obtain an overall ranking of 9 on 10 point scale
from the customers.
4. To provide atleast one manday of training to all
